About Us
Our specialization and business focus is centred on you, the
hobbist.
Early on, with the help of top Japanese breeders, friends and hobbyists, we bridged the demand for top quality
koi for hobbyists to the sourcing of prestigious bloodlines from key breeders. Acquiring these quality fishes
also meant gaining knowledge and expertise in the key to good koi keeping is water quality management.
Therefore, the scope of work for our maintenance contract focuses on 2 key parts.
The first is physical cleaning. This involves washing and flushing of filter chambers, vacuuming the pond,
removal of unwanted leaves and debris, and partial water changes.
The second is the water itself. Are your koi happy in their water or do they sulk and stay at the bottom with
little appetite? This is where checking of the fish behaviour and advising you matters. We check on PH value,
Dissolved Oxygen value in % MG/Lc, TDS levels (total dissolved solids), ORP (oxidation or reduction
parameters), Ammonia, Nitrate and Nitrite, plus salinity. We will provide you with a list of your pond water
parameters and tell you whatneeds to be done.
